Located 8 km into Kutton valley from Kundal Shahi bazar. On the way there is famous waterfall. Mostly rooms are suits with bed, lounge, kitchen and bath. There is a common building with club, common room, reception and offices, kitchen and dinning. The place is very peaceful, safe, green and beautiful. Staff is not very professional because they are actually power department employees. Menu is limited but they serve fresh and delicious.
